People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Lead Developer Frontend.
Your duties will include:
- Technical management of a development team with a focus on the design and further development of modern user interfaces
- Responsibility for the standardisation and strategic alignment of the front-end architecture
- Responsibility for the development, maintenance and strategic alignment of a scalable design system in close cooperation with our UX/UI team and relevant stakeholders
- Collaboration in the technical realisation of user interfaces, both on a conceptual and practical level
- Integration and continuous further development of libraries in existing and new UI systems
- Documentation and maintenance of the internal UI design library, for example with tools such as Storybook
- Optimisation and further development of the payment terminal solution with a clear focus on performance and user-friendliness
- Participation in an agile team that emphasises continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge sharing
Requirements that must be met:
- At least 5 years of experience with frontend frameworks, especially Angular, and in-depth knowledge of modern frontend architectures
- Experience as leader
- Strong knowledge in the conception and implementation of UI component architectures
- Experience in working with state management technologies such as NgRx or Redux
- Expertise in the use of build tools and bundling solutions for browsers, for example Webpack
- Expertise in the development of mobile and responsive web applications
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Expertise in the development of Angular libraries
- Experience in integrating data via REST APIs and WebSockets
- Very good English and Polish (min. C1), German will be a plus
- Knowledge of authentication with OAuth 2.0 or OpenID Connect will be a plus
- Experience in the use of tools for the development and documentation of UI components, such as Storybook will be a plus
- Experience in the use of microfrontend architectures will be a plus
