Java Software Architect (German-speaking)

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Java Software Architect ( German-speaking).

Your duties will include:

• Design and implement Java-based, model-driven architecture (MDSD, DDD)

• Maintain and extend frameworks, DSLs, and code generators

• Develop and optimize REST APIs and Kafka integrations

• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, and monitoring

• Ensure authentication, authorization, SSO, and accessibility compliance

• Drive test automation and validate Pact contracts

• Act as security contact for audits, penetration tests, and compliance checks

• Support developers with tools, environments, workshops, and knowledge sharing

Requirements that must be met:

• Min. 3 years of experience as a Software Architect

• Strong background as a Java Developer

• Java, Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate

• MDSD, DDD, REST APIs, Kafka

• Eclipse Plugins, Eclipse Language Server

• Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize, CI/CD

• OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, Pact contracts

• Jira, Confluence, Scrum

• Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization

• Strong leadership skills

• Very good English and German
