People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
We are looking for Sales and Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team.
Your duties will include:
- You will be developing business by finding new clients for our IT services (with focus on DACH, BeNeLux and Nordics regions)
- You will be responsible for shaping business development strategy
- You will be conducting meetings with Clients presenting People More’s portfolio
- You will be preparing offers and negotiating contracts
- You will be helping in marketing content creation to better present our portfolio
- You will be representing People More on conferences and events. If you like to act on a stage, we can also give you such opportunity.
Requirements that must be met:
- Experience of selling outsourced IT services, preferably in a software house environment
- Polish and English proficiency (C1 preferred).
- Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel
- Open, positive and client-oriented mindset
- Good understanding of global business
- Experience in dealing with client facing commercial related topics like business development, account management, sales, bid management, negotiations etc.
- Willingness to travel
It would be great:
- German language proficiency
- Proficiency in lead-gen or marketing tools.
