IoT/M2M Business Analyst

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for IoT/M2M Business Analyst.

Your duties will include:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for IoT/M2M platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and clients to define solution architecture and integration flows.

• Support the design and implementation of IoT/M2M systems, including device connectivity, data flow, and backend processing.

• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and define KPIs.

• Monitor and evaluate system performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Prepare documentation including user stories, process flows, and test cases.

• Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in IoT, M2M, and smart technologies.

Requirements that must be met:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IoT/M2M domains.

• Familiarity with IoT platforms or similar enterprise-grade solutions.

• Strong understanding of data integration, API communication, and device management.

• Experience working with telecom, smart city, or industrial automation projects is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
