Generative AI Expert - ML / UAV Systems

We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Generative AI Expert - ML / UAV Systems

Your duties will include:

• Design and build generative AI models (e.g., GPT, GANs, VAEs) for NLP, CV, and embedded UAV data pipelines

• Integrate AI models into production systems in collaboration with engineering teams

• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability across platforms

• Research and apply the latest advancements in deep learning and generative techniques

• Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance across AI components

• Maintain documentation, code quality, and test coverage

• Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning and agile team coordination

• Stay up to date with trends in ML, deep learning, and AI deployment best practices

Requirements that must be met:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field

• Proven experience with generative models (e.g., GPT, GANs, VAEs)

• Strong Python skills; experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch

• Solid knowledge of ML algorithms, deep learning architectures, neural networks

• Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks

• Strong analytical and teamwork skills

• Very good English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience deploying AI models at scale

• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

• Previous work in agile development, ideally with PI Planning experience
