People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our US partner, we are looking for Fullstack Developer.
Your duties will include:
- Design, develop, and enhance features across client product offerings, ensuring they align with customer needs and industry trends. Your focus will be on creating intuitive, high-performance, and scalable solutions that enhance business agility.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, data scientists, and other developers to create a seamless user experience. You’ll collaborate to define technical requirements and solutions that meet the strategic objectives of the product.
- You’ll ensure that your code is of the highest quality, adhering to coding standards and best practices in software development. You’ll also conduct code reviews, ensuring that all team members produce reliable, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure that the product runs smoothly and is free of errors. Your keen attention to detail will help resolve issues quickly and ensure the product remains resilient under different conditions.
- Stay updated on the latest software development trends, tools, and frameworks. You’ll bring new ideas and approaches to the team, continuously driving product improvement and innovation.
Requirements that must be met:
- Proven expertise with 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in developing SaaS or enterprise-level products.
- 2+ years of experience with ASP.Net and C#.
- 2+ years experience with JavaScript, Jquery, etc.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure apps and services.
- Experience in developing, debugging and maintaining code in object-oriented languages and database querying languages.
- Strong coding, debugging, algorithm design and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including working in sprints and adapting to iterative product development cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Very good English and Polish (min. C1)
- Open to work in US hours (California)
