Frontend Engineer Real-Time Robotic Interfaces (Germany / Gilching)

We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Frontend Engineer – Real-Time Robotic Interfaces (Germany / Gilching).

Your duties will include:

• Develop frontend applications for controlling UAVs and visualizing sensor/telemetry data

• Implement and maintain performant UI components using React (or similar frameworks) and TypeScript

• Work with backend teams to ensure seamless API and WebSocket integration

• Translate UX/UI designs into functional, real-time applications

• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code

• Optimize performance for demanding real-time scenarios

• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

• Participate in agile workflows, including feature planning and testing

Requirements that must be met:

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern web frameworks (React, Web Components, etc.)

• Solid understanding of web architecture, rendering pipelines, and state management

• Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data visualization

• Familiarity with backend systems and API integration

• Ability to design clean, reusable, testable components

• Strong debugging and optimization skills

• Very good English

Nice to have:

• Experience in robotics, sensor data, or control systems

• Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, MobX)

• Understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)

• Backend experience (Node.js or equivalent)

• Interest in user-focused design and real-world interaction systems
