We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :)People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Cortex & Card Systems Specialist.


Your duties will include:

  • Deliver and support Cortex platform-based solutions for card management

  • Configure and maintain credit and debit card issuing/acquiring systems

  • Manage and integrate switch platforms (e.g., IST) for transaction routing and processing

  • Work on ATM systems and related infrastructure, ensuring availability and compliance

  • Support integration with external services through industry-standard protocols

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the full payment lifecycle

  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance in high-volume environments

 

Requirements that must be met:

  • Experience working with the Cortex platform

  • Solid background in card management systems (CMS) for both issuing and acquiring

  • Hands-on experience with switch technologies (e.g., IST switch)

  • Working knowledge of ATM systems, transaction handling, and device protocols

  • Experience in delivering or supporting payment systems for the Gulf region

  • Familiarity with payment network protocols and regulatory compliance standard

  • Very good English and Polish
