Business Analyst

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Business Analyst.

Your duties will include:

• Supports the business units regarding the development of the target picture by means of
• (proactive) consulting (including task-related market assessments)
• Communicates appropriately at the executive and board level
• Considers end-to-end tasks (e.g., monitoring scope of implementation projects, participating in change requests)
• Plans specific investments with business units, including dependencies on other programs,
• and supports them with their business cases
• Participates in monitoring & protocolling of the utilization & availability in accordance with the agreed SLA
• Consults on how to manage the identification of business demands in terms of quality and
• scope and identification of the resulting key requirements.
• Consults the business units and advises the business on the use of IT

Requirements that must be met:

• 5+ experience in creating and redesigning IT processes and key controls
• thorough knowledge of VAIT/DORA regulations and IT security requirements
• 3+ years of experience in regulatory reporting (Basel, BaFin, KNF, GSI, ESMA)
• Excellent analytical, documentation and organization skills
• Strong track record of delivering regulatory projects in a large, complex environment, in a global Finance/Insurance or regulated industry (5-7+ years)
• Strong management skills including project management, business analysis, security
• requirements analysis, financial management, change management and facilitation
• Excellent project planning, budget, scoping, costing, and scheduling ability
• Board level presentation skills
• Ability to drive a mixture of functional and geographic workstreams and co-ordinate step change delivery to the business in a unified way
• Experience in managing distributed teams and able to work in a matrix setup
• Proactivity, ownership and can-do attitude
• Very good English and Polish (German is a plus)
