The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for API Integration Developer IBM API Connect / DataPower.
Your duties will include:
Design, develop, deploy and support IBM API Connect (APIC) solutions including APIs, Products, Plans, and Policies
Configure and manage IBM DataPower Gateway services (MPGW, WSP)
Implement and enforce API security standards including OAuth2, JWT, TLS, and mutual TLS
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to APIC and DataPower components
Collaborate with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust API solutions
Develop reusable API policies and transformation logic using XSLT, GatewayScript (JavaScript), and custom extensions
Integrate with IBM MQ and other backend services
Support CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.) and participate in automation initiatives
Document technical solutions: design specifications, deployment guides, and support manuals
Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers, where applicable
Requirements that must be met:
Solid experience with IBM API Connect (APIC) and IBM DataPower (IDG)
Proficient in REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, WSDL, and Swagger/OpenAPI
Strong skills in XSLT, XPath, GatewayScript (JavaScript), and integration patterns
Good understanding of OAuth2, JWT, API security, mutual TLS, and token handling
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git)
Familiarity with cloud-native environments and Kubernetes is a plus
Experience with MQ integration in DataPower
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
Very good English and Polish
