Job description
We are looking for experienced Product Owner to join a team for our client and collaborate with business units in several countries, provide visibility, work estimates and schedules for internal customers.
Responsibilities

- Lead and manage product development according to Agile Values and Principles
- Have full ownership of work and the freedom to execute it how you think it makes sense, as long as it helps the company grow quickly whilst providing a valuable service to our customers
- Working closely with Developers in an agile approach, to deliver solutions where sustainable quality and speed of the execution are important. Ensuring the Backlog is prioritised and up to date
- Collaborate with Program, Portfolio and Business & management and provide visibility, work estimates and schedules for our internal customers
- Work with business to understand desired impacts of new developments, and Data Scientists to evaluate and plan accordingly
- Act as the bridge between IT and the business to constantly strive to improve performance and relevance of our products.
- Regarding organisational issues: think stand-up meetings, paired programming, automated testing and discussion of customer feedback
What we are looking for:
- Experience in team building
- Experience in People Management
- Delegation Skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience with different techniques for managing the product backlog, i.e. user story mapping
- Experience with different techniques for prioritising the work in the backlog, such as MoSCoW and MVP, and in change management and re-scoping
- Experience with product roadmap, release and iteration planning
- Experience with different agile estimation techniques such as planning poker and relative sizing and understanding of when and where each technique is appropriate
