Data Analyst (SQL, Python, AWS)

We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Operations team and turn complex pharmaceutical data into strategic insights.

Your Mission: 

  • Analyse & Interpret: Use SQL, Python, and AWS to explore and transform large datasets. 

  • Drive Decisions: Create compelling insights that guide strategy in the fast-paced pharmaceutical industry. 

  • Collaborate Globally: Work closely with our teams in Poland and the UK in a bilingual (Polish/English) environment. 


What You Bring: 

  • Proven hands-on experience in data analysis. 

  • Technical fluency in SQL and Python; experience with AWS is a major plus. 

  • The curiosity to ask "why?" and the ability to connect the dots between data and business outcomes. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 


• Collect, process, and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to pharmaceutical operations.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity. 

• Utilize SQL to query databases and extract relevant data for analysis. 

• Apply Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and workflow automation. 

• Leverage AWS services to manage and analyse data in a cloud environment. 

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making. 

• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and the pharmaceutical sector. 

 


What You’ll Bring 


• 1–2 years of proven experience working with data (experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus). 


• Strong technical skills in:   

SQL – data querying, extraction, and database management.   

Python – data manipulation, statistical analysis, and workflow automation.   

AWS – cloud-based data tools for storage, processing, and analytics. 


• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and translate complex data into clear insights. 

• Business awareness – understanding how data supports business and operational goals. 

• Excellent communication skills – comfortable presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data integrity. 

• Comfortable using Polish and English for daily teamwork with our Polish–British team and external customers  

• Proactive, curious, and independent mindset – able to work both autonomously and as part of an international team. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
