Project Manager

PEAK11 is a Product Design and Software Development Company delivering innovative solutions to clients across Europe and the US. Our team is made up of software engineers, product designers, and product thinkers who value transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.

We're currently looking for an experienced Project Manager who will take full ownership of project planning, coordination, and execution. You’ll work closely with developers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Your Role

• Coordinate software development projects from concept to delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Work closely with clients, developers, and designers to gather requirements and define priorities.
• Monitor progress with IT PM tools like Jira, manage project timeline, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders and team members.

What We Expect

• 4+ years of experience in IT Project Management (ideally in Agile environments).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage remote and cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ownership mindset.

Nice to Have

• Scrum Master or PMP/Prince2 certification.
• Technical background or basic understanding of programming concepts.
• Experience working with international clients.
