Solution Architect

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Java-based software development in the cloud for Germany’s largest loyalty program
• Creating solution designs based on the analysis of requirements or error descriptions
• Communicating your solution ideas in a way that everyone can understand
• Implementing automated test cases
• Documenting design and solution approaches

YOUR PROFILE
• You have at least 7 years of experience in backend development in a professional environment, including at least 5 years in a large-scale project with a complex codebase in a Java environment (or a similar programming language)

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (at least B2 level)
• You have several years of experience with AWS Cloud or another major cloud provider
• You want to see your code in production as quickly as possible. Therefore, you take responsibility not only for coding and testing, but also for coordination with business departments and interfaces
• You enjoy driving projects forward, always keep the goal in mind, and embrace challenges
• You are eager to understand our customer domain to find the best solutions for their needs
• You regularly write software tests and understand the impact of untested code in a continuous delivery environment
• You enjoy agile software development in a professional team
