Java Developer – Backend Systems

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to design scalable backend applications that process large volumes of data. The role requires independent problem solving and decision-making skills. You'll collaborate with international clients and contribute to shaping secure, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement data models for secure and efficient processing of large datasets.
• Create and maintain clear, detailed technical documentation for implemented solutions.
• Deploy applications to internal and external environments.
• Mentor junior developers and support testing.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Solid experience with Java, ideally Java SE 17 or higher.
• Hands-on experience with backend-intensive applications (beyond CRUD).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and complex data models.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Understanding of multithreaded programming.
• Ability to work independently and make technical decisions.
• Proficiency in Java design patterns and best practices.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of cryptography and secure data management.
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML/CSS/JavaScript (ideally, supported by understanding of common frameworks).
• Experience with digital payments and compliance standards.
