Mid Fullstack Developer (Backoffice)

We’re building Pay.com — a payments product used in real-world transactional flows.In Poland, we work in two product teams: Backoffice and Dashboard.We’re currently expanding the Backoffice team and looking for a Mid Fullstack Developer (B2B Contractor) who feels comfortable working across the stack.

What you’ll be working on

• Developing and maintaining the Backoffice system supporting core payment operations

• Building and evolving APIs and business logic (Node.js, GraphQL)

• Creating and improving user interfaces in React

• Working with relational databases (Postgres) and basic NoSQL solutions

• Collaborating closely with product, dashboard, and infrastructure teams

• Working in a microservices architecture using Docker

• Taking ownership of features — from concept to production

What we expect

• Commercial experience as a Fullstack Developer (mid-level)

• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js

• Hands-on experience with React

• Good command of SQL (Postgres)

• Understanding of microservices architecture

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently

• Responsibility for code quality and production stability

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech / payments

• Exposure to high-availability or transaction-heavy systems

• Experience working with growing, complex products
