Our technology team, based in Poland, is currently seeking a Fullstack Developer to contribute to the Locker Room Bonus - a robust, user-friendly platform for verifying and managing African football players, their bonuses, and the leagues they participate in. The project focuses on building an integrated management panel and lightweight portals for players, league managers, and teams, with seamless API integrations and a user-friendly experience.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript. Integrate biometric verification (pawaPass) and payment gateways (pawaPay) into the platform.
• Enhance the existing platform built with Retool and lead the migration to React Admin to manage football player data, identity verification, and bonus payouts.
• Develop lightweight portals for players and league managers using Next.js and TypeScript, ensuring a smooth user experience for accessing bonuses, matches, and self-verification.
• Work with PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM to ensure reliable data handling for player records, bonuses, and league information.
• Provide technical oversight for the Locker Room Bonus campaign by optimizing systems for tracking and managing bonus payouts and ensuring seamless, automated data collection from team managers.

Requirements:

• Experience in building admin panels in any JS-based technology. React Admin experience is nice to have, but not mandatory.
• Experience in building backends in Node.js with any framework (e.g., Express.js, Fastify etc.), Nest.js is a strong plus.
• Experience with API integrations, especially with biometric verification systems like pawaPass and payment gateways like pawaPay.
• Experience with Next.js and familiarity with TypeScript.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with working in the African market or with African-focused technologies is a plus.
