Senior React Native Developer

We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of a high-traffic mobile application featuring live rooms and multi-user interactions. 

In this role, you will focus on enhancing app performance, optimizing real-time interactions, and improving overall stability. In addition to stabilization efforts, you will play a key role in the development of new features, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. 

You will be joining a collaborative team of frontend and backend engineers, product owners, and designers who are dedicated to overcoming performance challenges and driving continuous improvement. Your expertise in React Native and performance optimization will be essential in refining the application and expanding its capabilities.

Salary: 17.500 - 25.000 PLN NET per month B2B (105 - 150 PLN per hour)

Requirements:

• 4 years of RN development
• English B2+
• Performance optimisations in RN
• 4 years of RN development
• Communication with non tech people
• Deployment of the RN app into the stores
• Working on both platforms - iOS & Android 

• Core Stack
• React Native
• Typescript
• Google Play / App store 

Responsibilities:

• Work on improving React Native app performance, focusing on live rooms and real-time interactions
• Optimize rendering, state management, and network performance
• Collaborate with the backend team to improve API efficiency
• Communicate with the product owner to provide technical insights and solutions
• Develop new features alongside stabilization efforts
• Participate in team discussions and architectural decisions

Nice to have:

• Experience with streaming platforms and high-traffic apps is a plus
