Your Mission:You will take the lead in designing cutting-edge automated testing solutions and integrating AI-driven tools—specifically Claude Code—to optimize and modernize our existing QA workflows. In this Agile environment, you will play a vital role in evolving our automation frameworks and driving engineering velocity.

Mandatory skills:

• 🔥 Proven commercial experience with Claude Code and a track record of leveraging AI to improve testing processes;

• 🐍 Deep, hands-on expertise in Python-based test automation framework development.

• Senior-level QA mindset – extensive commercial experience in independent test automation.

• Strong, hands-on programming experience with Python.

• Practical experience in test automation using pytest and Selenium WebDriver.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining automated testing frameworks from scratch.

AI Fluency:

• Proven commercial experience working with Claude Code and practical usage of AI tools in software testing workflows (e.g., AI-assisted test generation, process optimization).

Nice to have:

• Understanding of web application architecture and networking/infrastructure-related concepts.

• Experience with integration and API testing.

• Smooth adjustment to Agile/Scrum environments.

• Root Cause Analysis: Identifying, reproducing, isolating, and precisely reporting defects.
