Senior .NET Software Engineer (with Angular)

As part of its ongoing expansion, the company is opening a new European Technology Center in Poland - and we're looking for skilled .NET Engineers to be part of this exciting journey.

About the project:

You’ll be involved in developing and improving an internal CRM and workflow system, working across one of three technical teams. While all teams focus on backend development, the final team assignment will depend on your individual skills and experience

Wymagania

Must-have skills:

1. Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core
2. Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL (any dialect)
3. Experience with RESTful APIs
4. Experience with SOAP (ASMX) web services
5. Very good communication skills – ability to engage with internal business teams
6. English at B2 level or higher (spoken and written)

Nice-to-have / differentiators (may determine project team assignment):

1. Experience with Angular and TypeScript (frontend-focused team)
2. Strong skills in multithreading & asynchronous programming
3. Advanced SQL optimization and performance tuning

Bonus points for:

1. ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, Bootstrap
2. Jenkins
3. German language skills (not required)

1. Active development of a custom internal CRM/workflow system
2. Enhancing backend logic and infrastructure
3. Involvement in architectural decisions and technical improvements
4. Implementing high-quality, maintainable, and performant code
5. Conducting code reviews
6. Clarifying and analyzing in-house business requirements

Team set-up:

Team of 13 people, including 1 Team Lead and 7 Senior Developers. Collaborative, senior-level environment with a strong focus on clean code and quality architecture.
