Senior AI Data Engineer – Technical Leader

Location: Remote (from Poland) Rate: 170–225 PLN/hour

Project Description: We are seeking an experienced AI Lead Developer (m/f/d) to lead AI-powered feature development for a Customer Care platform, driving innovation and quality across machine learning and NLP initiatives.

Key Skills:

• AI and Machine Learning expertise

• Strong Python and NLP framework proficiency

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Bot Services)

• Solid knowledge of Azure cloud architectures and microservices

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices

• Leadership skills with the ability to communicate and implement technical vision effectively

• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities

Must-Have Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field

• Several years’ experience in AI/ML development, ideally in Customer Care solutions

• Proven leadership experience in technical projects

Language Requirements:

• English: B2 or higher

• German: Advantageous

Main Tasks:

• Lead design, development, and implementation of AI/ML features focused on automating customer inquiries.

• Deploy and optimize machine learning and NLP models to enhance customer experience.

• Integrate Conversational AI, chatbots, and language models into the Customer Care platform.

• Collaborate closely with DevOps and cloud architects to ensure a scalable, secure, and high-performance Azure-based environment.

• Evaluate and adopt new AI technologies and industry best practices.

• Lead and mentor a development team specializing in AI and machine learning.
