📍 Location: Hybrid from Warsaw, Poznań, or Lublin

💰 Salary: 90-130 PLN/h net on B2B

🔹 About the Project

You will be developing functionality for 5G and IPTV solutions, working on both Android and iOS platforms. The role requires someone who can support and align development across both teams, ensuring smooth progress even during team members' absences.

Must-Have Skills

✅ Swift, Java, Kotlin

✅ Experience with MVVM, MVC architecture

✅ Proficiency in SwiftUI, UIKit, Compose

✅ Expertise in Kotlin Coroutines & Jetpack Navigation

✅ English at B2 level or higher

Your Responsibilities

🔹 Analyze technical requirements and develop scalable mobile solutions

🔹 Work closely with the requirements engineer to refine user stories & tasks

🔹 Assess UX design for feasibility and complexity

🔹 Implement user stories, write clean & well-tested code

🔹 Conduct code reviews to ensure high quality

🔹 Identify and resolve software bugs & performance issues

🔹 Support both Android and iOS teams to maintain development speed
