Fullstack Developer (DevOps skills)

🌟 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer

• Strong knowledge of .NET (Web) and C#

• Experience with AngularJS

• Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (creation, optimization, performance analysis)

• Hands-on experience with AWS

• Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Experience building reusable libraries, frameworks, templates, and internal platforms

• Solid understanding of SDLC processes and process improvement practices

• English level B2+ (frequent collaboration with US-based teams

🌟 Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain developer tools, internal platforms, shared libraries, and self-service solutions for engineering teams (including .NET and Blazor)

• Design and co-own shared libraries, templates, and architectural patterns while balancing centralization with team autonomy

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI / GitLab Runner) and manage project configuration

• Take ownership of engineering metrics related to productivity, engagement, and satisfaction

• Design surveys, conduct interviews, analyze feedback, and define improvement initiatives

• Create and deliver technical training programs and onboarding sessions for new and existing engineers

• Support and coach platform SMEs (Subject Matter Experts)

• Lead the engineering ideation process - collect ideas, manage voting mechanisms, and prioritize initiatives

• Improve SDLC processes and develop self-service capabilities to reduce cross-team dependencies

• Collaborate closely with Engineering Leadership to support and execute the overall DevEx vision
