DevOps Engineer (Linux/Chef/AWS)

🚀 Join a dynamic banking infrastructure team supporting the automation and day-to-day operations of on-premises Linux and Windows environments. 

The focus is on system configuration, deployment, and management using Chef, alongside ongoing operations and AWS integration.

• Project/Client: banking

• Location: preferably Baltic States

📍Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Linux and/or Windows Server administration

• Expert-level Chef experience (mandatory; no alternatives considered)

• Strong experience with AWS

• Proficiency in scripting (Bash for Linux, PowerShell or Python for Windows)

• Fluent English in both spoken and written communication

📍Responsibilities:

• Automate configuration, deployment, and management tasks with Chef

• Maintain and support on-prem Linux and Windows platforms

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

• Collaborate with internal teams on application deployments and infrastructure changes

• Manage routine system updates, patching, and backups

• Document processes, configurations, and operational procedures
