We’re on the hunt for a Senior or Architect-level Software Engineer who thrives at the intersection of systems, teams, and technology.

We’re Looking For

• A strong technical architect who’s still close enough to the code to lead by example

• Experienced across the full stack (React, Node.js, GraphQL) and comfortable navigating AWS-managed environments

• A pragmatic problem solver who understands the balance between speed and long-term value

• Comfortable driving engineering conversations, but also open-minded and hands-on when needed

• Based in Poland or the EU and ready to jump in ASAP

Tech You Should Know:

• Frontend: React

• Backend: Node.js, GraphQL APIs

• Cloud: AWS

• DevOps/SRE Concerns: Cost optimization, security, monitoring, performance tuning

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical direction for high-performing engineering teams

• Guide teams in making sound architectural and engineering choices

• Champion reliability, performance, security, and scalability across applications

• Roll up your sleeves and get involved in code when needed (this is not a hands-off role!)

• Collaborate cross-functionally to untangle tough problems between systems and teams

• Push best practices, engineering standards, and innovation
