Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Remote)

Your day-to-day:

• Be part of the Platform team, contributing to the design, building, and operation of a private cloud infrastructure from the ground up.
• Proactively analyze and optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Own projects and drive them to completion when assigned, while also participating in and supporting other team members' projects as needed.
• Maintain and improve our technology and infrastructure stack.

Your skills & experience:

• Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Linux system internals, including kernel tuning, CPU/memory optimization, and networking.
• Knowledge of networking (BGP, routing, load balancing, VPN, firewalls).
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, containerization and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with distributed storage systems (Ceph) or similar.
• Hands-on experience with automated provisioning for physical infrastructure.
• Strong skills in CI/CD, automation (Terraform, Ansible) and programming (Python, Bash, Go).
• Experience with observability and troubleshooting at scale (Prometheus, Thanos, OTLP).
• Experience provisioning, managing and optimizing databases like ClickHouse, MySQL, Postgres.
• Proven ability to design and implement resilient, scalable IT solutions.
• Track record of successful project delivery - including ownership of initiatives, delegation of tasks, and mentoring teammates to drive overall success.
