QA Automation Lead

The customer is represented by a big data company that is a leading software platform for digital media measurement, data and analytics.

Its mission is to be the definitive source of transparency and data-driven insights into the quality and effectiveness of digital advertising for the world’s largest brands, publishers and digital ad platforms.

The technology platform provides advertisers with consistent and unbiased data and analytics that can be used to optimize the quality and return on their digital ad investments.

Responsibilities:

• align/setup QA strategy and vision across the whole project
• work with other QAs to set quality standards
• guide and consult on QA approaches to be chosen
• deep involvement in global quality initiatives across the whole product, including but not limited with system quality and data quality
• define applicable test scenarios, generate tests, and feed them into the system through Looker
• conduct E2E testing for the Quantum project (description of the project is below)

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in automation testing of both UI and backend;
• strong Python or Java programming skills
• E2E testing expertise
• strong Python or Java programming skills
• Big data/ETL/DB
• data pipelines validations expertise
• advanced SQL level
• high level understanding of Ul and API testing tools
• knowledge and experience with the modern test automation frameworks
• experience with REST API/SOAP/GraphQL services test automation
• strong knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Requests, Behave, Robot Framework, or similar
• familiar with CI/CD tools and approaches
• strong QA Skills
• solid experience in defining test strategy for the project, creation and implementation of test automation roadmap
• experience in providing high-level QA/Test Automation estimates, planning QA automation team workload, and delegating tasks across teams/QA engineers
• familiar with gathering Quality metrics, test automation coverage and other QA KPIs
• excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving and team working skills
• 4+ years of experience in providing high-level QA/Test Automation estimates, planning QA automation team workload, and delegating tasks across teams/QA engineers
• B2+ English.
