Support specialist, Azure, support, helpdesk

Position: Support Specialist (Azure/IT Support/Helpdesk)

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the implementation team in terms of support for the Azure platform
• Support for helpdesk systems and other systems at the client's site
• Leading a portion of implementations on the MS Azure platform

Required qualifications and experience:

• Experience in preparing environments in Azure, including systems based on virtual machines, app services and others
• Knowledge of virtualisation and containerisation issues
• Knowledge of environments based not only on Microsoft systems, but also on Linux, would be an advantage
• English language level at least B2

• Willingness to learn (training company, raising competence is in our DNA)

• Ability to market products from own experience
• Working with documentation, ability to document the work of the technical team

Place of work:

• Warsaw - Poland

Terms of employment:

• Depending on commitment, B2B or employment contract (UoP)
