CRM Product Owner
We are looking for a CRM Product Owner to help drive our global transformation—consolidating multiple CRM platforms into one enterprise CRM solution. This is a key role in shaping how CRM supports our commercial business across markets, where you will operate at the intersection of business, product, and technology.
About the job:
You will act as a business-facing Product Owner, working closely with stakeholders across markets to:
Own and drive parts of the CRM product roadmap
Work closely with commercial stakeholders to understand business needs
Translate requirements into structured features, user stories, and priorities
Ensure alignment between global standards and local market needs
Drive rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement
Act as the key link between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams
Who are you?
Experience with CRM platforms
Background as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant
Strong understanding of sales & commercial processes
Ability to structure requirements and drive product decisions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
