Support Specialist - Level 1 – Blue Yonder System

Our client is a leading global company in the agricultural sector, providing innovative crop protection solutions that help farmers combat weeds, insects, and diseases. With advanced R&D, manufacturing, and formulation capabilities, and the world’s most extensive portfolio of active ingredients, the company delivers tailored solutions to meet local farming needs across the globe.

We are looking for a Support Specialist -  Level 1 to join the IDT department. This role focuses on providing first-level technical support for the Blue Yonder system, a key platform for demand planning and inventory management.

You will work closely with end users, resolve technical issues, ensure system performance, and support operational efficiency in a global enterprise environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide Level 1 technical support for the Blue Yonder system by addressing and resolving user queries.

  • Monitor system functionality and report potential disruptions.

  • Assist with system updates, maintenance, and configuration, collaborating with Level 2/3 support teams.

  • Train end users on best practices for Blue Yonder usage.

  • Log and track tickets in the service desk system with proper documentation.

  • Collaborate with IT and supply chain teams to optimize system usage.

  • Escalate complex issues when necessary.


Requirements


  • Basic understanding of supply chain processes (demand planning, inventory management).

  • Familiarity with enterprise software systems; experience with Blue Yonder is a strong plus.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Attention to detail and a customer-first mentality.

  • Technical proficiency with software systems.

  • Stable work history.


Nice to Have


  • Previous experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.

  • Exposure to the chemical or agricultural industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
