SCM Consultant / Senior Consultant / Architect (B2B)

Our client is a fast-growing international technology company that redefines the supply chain management (SCM) landscape for Fortune 500 companies, with a particular focus on the FMCG industry. They are expanding their consulting team and are looking for experienced professionals with either a business background in SCM and a passion for IT, or strong IT experience combined with a willingness to deepen their expertise in business process design and optimization.

- Location: Remote from Poland
- Employment: Direct contract with the client (B2B – candidates must be able to invoice from Poland)

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of SCM digital transformation solutions
- Define solution-specific and cross-functional architectures for supply chain platforms
- Leverage cutting-edge technologies and integrate them with ERP systems
- Collaborate with multinational teams and client stakeholders (junior to executive levels)
- Support the full application lifecycle in your domain area
- Work closely with supply chain experts to analyse and translate business requirements
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of at least one major SCM software such as Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, APO or IBP, Blue Yonder/JDA, Anaplan, etc.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in production planning, distribution, demand management, or consulting in SCM software
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Hands-on experience in software development
- Consulting mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for continuous learning
- Ability to work effectively in remote, international teams
- Legal right to work and invoice from Poland (EU work permit required)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data integration projects
- Background in product/project management
- Technical skills (e.g. SQL, R, JavaScript, Python)
