They are renowned for their cutting-edge solutions, which they configure and tailor to meet the specific needs of their clients.

Currently undergoing a large technological transformation and building a competence center in Warsaw, the company is moving towards a Cloud Native, multi-tenant platform to modernize its infrastructure. They are making a significant investment in cloud services to create a more scalable, efficient system.

The role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated . Net Engineers (Cloud Native) to join our client's team in Warsaw. This position will be pivotal in the development and maintenance of their core platform while overseeing the transformation into a fully cloud-native, multi-tenant system. You will be part of a new team being built in Poland, consisting of 50 talented professionals, and will collaborate with global stakeholders.

• Play a key role in developing and maintaining the main SaaS platform for insurance companies
• Oversee the transformation from virtual machines to a fully cloud-native, multi-tenant system
• Collaborate with global teams and Professional Services to ensure seamless integration and configuration of software
• Drive innovation and support large-scale cloud-native investments
• Ensure high-quality delivery of solutions tailored to the insurance sector

Key competences

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-native architectures and microservices.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in designing and developing microservices on Azure Cloud using industry-standard patterns and practices.
• Strong expertise in distributed software patterns like service discovery, circuit breakers, and continuous delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to architect complex systems.
• Solid grasp of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and code review processes.
• In-depth knowledge of full-stack development including C#, .NET MVC, .NET Core, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
• Ability to work with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for version control, CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in emerging technologies and best practices.
