Our client is a US-based technology company headquartered in New York City, delivering digital solutions and consulting services that transform businesses and drive value. With offices in multiple countries, the company is now investing in a new engineering centre in Warsaw, recognizing and valuing the technical expertise and strong work culture of software engineers in Poland.
Currently, our client is building a new team in Warsaw. For now, the work is fully remote, but within a few months, team members will be expected to work onsite in the Warsaw office 3 days a week.
About the role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join a dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the development of a fintech software solution. This is a high-visibility position with opportunities for hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle and close collaboration with product, engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Roadmapping: Define and evolve the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver successful product outcomes and launches.

Project Management: Drive process improvements and Agile best practices. Manage task prioritization, timelines, and communication within cross-functional teams.

Customer and Market Insights: Conduct user and market research to inform product strategy. Use analytics and feedback to guide product decisions and feature prioritization
Key requirements

3+ years of experience in software product management in a startup environment, including 1+ years in fintech or financial applications

Ownership mindset: You know how to drive products forward and take accountability for their success

Experienced in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira

Strong collaboration skills, especially when working with engineering, design, and QA teams

Excellent communicator with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Analytical thinker with clear, data-backed reasoning behind product choices

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
