Senior Java Full Stack Developer

📍 Warsaw / Hybrid (initially remote, ~3 days/week on-site) | 💰 Up to 6,500 USD | 🏢 Our Client – US-based technology firm in private capital / financial markets

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer (5+ years of experience) with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA) and React.js. You will join a dynamic Agile team working on complex, high-impact financial and capital market systems. This role is based in Warsaw with an initial remote setup, moving to a hybrid model (around 3 days per week on-site).

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Build responsive and high-performance UI components using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.

• Back-End Development: Develop RESTful APIs and microservices with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.

• Database & Integration: Work with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases. Integrate third-party services and APIs.

• DevOps & Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Quality & Collaboration: Write clean, testable code with unit/integration tests. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers in Agile ceremonies.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer with Java + React.js.

• Strong grasp of front-end frameworks (Material-UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).

• Deep knowledge of microservices, API Gateway, and authentication (OAuth2, JWT).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
