🧠 The Role: Full Stack Developer (React & Node.js)

We’re looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with at least 5 years of professional experience in designing and delivering high-performance web applications. You’ll work on both the front-end and back-end, contributing to the full software development lifecycle.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive UIs with React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Build scalable server-side apps and RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express
• Collaborate on database design and integration (SQL or MongoDB)
• Design scalable application architecture and microservices
• Write robust unit/integration tests and debug efficiently
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker
• Participate in agile collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers
• Monitor performance and maintain production-grade applications
• Maintain technical documentation

📌 What We’re Looking For

Front-End:

• Strong experience with React.js, Hooks, Redux, component-based architecture
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+
• Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite

Back-End:

• Proficiency in Node.js & Express.js
• API design experience (GraphQL preferred or REST)
• Understanding of authentication protocols: OAuth, JWT, sessions

Databases & DevOps:

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes is a plus
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a bonus
• Proficiency with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development
• Proven track record of maintaining production applications
