CyberArk Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for a 

CyberArk Onboarding Specialist 

to join an international security team of our global client. 

You will play a key role in executing the onboarding of privileged accounts, systems, and applications into the CyberArk platform across multiple subsidiaries.This position combines technical understanding, coordination skills, and stakeholder communication in a highly collaborative environment.

• Location: Remote (Poland)

• Contract type: B2B contract with Optiveum

• Start date: ASAP

• Duration: Long-term (up to several years)

• Compensation: up to 18,000 PLN/month (B2B)

  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process of privileged accounts into CyberArk across multiple business units and subsidiaries

• Collaborate with IT teams, application owners, and security stakeholders to identify and classify privileged accounts

• Configure and integrate systems into the CyberArk Vault (technical administration is handled by a dedicated team in India)

• Conduct onboarding workshops, training sessions, and provide regular updates to subsidiary teams

• Document procedures and maintain up-to-date onboarding materials

• Work closely with CyberArk administrators and architects to ensure compliance with global security standards

  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in CyberArk Onboarding

• Fluent English (both written and spoken)

• Polish language – nice to have

• Located in Poland and available for remote collaboration
