Business Analyst – PaaS Customer Delivery
📍 Hybrid in Warsaw (3 days/week onsite required) | 💼 Full-time | B2B contract up to $5,000/month
About the Role
Our client is a US-based technology company headquartered in New York City, delivering digital solutions and consulting services that transform businesses and drive measurable value. With offices in multiple countries, the company is now investing in a new engineering centre in Warsaw, recognizing the strong talent and culture of Polish software professionals.
We are now hiring a Business Analyst to join the PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) Customer Delivery team.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between enterprise clients and delivery teams, translating complex business goals into actionable technical requirements. If you love solving real-world problems and shaping tailored platform implementations — this role is for you.
This is a hybrid position — you will be expected to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders
Translate business goals into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Ensure alignment between technical feasibility and business needs
Manage and refine the product backlog alongside Product Delivery Managers
Track evolving requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and documentation
Contribute to internal delivery playbooks and best-practice documentation
Key Requirements:
Required
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in SaaS or platform delivery contexts
Strong skills in business requirements gathering and stakeholder management
Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Hands-on experience working closely with engineering or product teams
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
Preferred
Exposure to technical concepts such as APIs, data models, or system integrations
Experience in customer-facing roles or implementation consulting
Understanding of B2B enterprise workflows or configurable software platforms
