We are looking for a Staff iOS Engineer who brings strong technical expertise, a user-centric mindset, and experience building high-quality mobile applications. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

Lead the development and architecture of scalable, high-performance iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI

Drive technical strategy for our mobile platform, ensuring best practices for scalability, security, and performance
- Ship impactful features—no fluff, just meaningful contributions that move the business forward
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to create intuitive, seamless experiences

Guide and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, with a focus on results over process
- Optimize app performance, focusing on responsiveness, resource efficiency, and offline capabilities
- Implement best-in-class coding standards, including clean architecture, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging mobile technologies, applying them to improve our platform
- Ensure a high standard of accessibility, usability, and design consistency across all mobile products
We’re looking for someone who has:

7+ years of professional experience in iOS development

Expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit, with deep knowledge of iOS frameworks (Combine, CoreData, etc.)
- Proven experience leading technical decisions and driving architecture for large-scale mobile applications
- Experience building and scaling apps with MVVM, VIPER, or other architecture patterns

Deep experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets for seamless backend integration
- Strong understanding of memory management, performance optimization, and threading (GCD, Operations)
- Familiarity with unit testing (XCTest), UI testing, and CI/CD pipeline automation
- Experience with tooling like Firebase, Crashlytics, and cloud-based analytics

A deep understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and best practices for accessibility and UX
- Experience working with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Firebase)

Strong problem-solving skills, a self-starter mentality, and a bias for action over analysis paralysis
