Joining our Team as Lead QA Engineer means:

Defining and executing QA strategy across the entire organization, with real impact on product quality and development process;

Leading and mentoring QA Platform team, fostering a strong quality culture and coaching others in best testing practices;

Designing and developing testing frameworks and ensuring their integration with CI/CD;
- Collaborating closely with Product and DevOps teams to build testable, observable, and high-quality solutions;
- Leveraging AI-based tools to enhance test creation, predict risks, and monitor regressions;

Owning quality metrics that drive informed decision-making across teams.
Our basic requirements for this job:

Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer with leadership responsibilities in a SaaS/product setting;

Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (preferably Cypress, Postman, JMeter);

Solid understanding of software testing types and levels: unit, integration, E2E, performance, exploratory;

Experience in leading or actively participating in QA transformation initiatives – including quality ownership across developers, team enablement, and implementation of organization-wide QA standards;
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams;

Strong communication skills and fluent English (at least B2), and fluent Polish (at least C1);
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
It’s great if you also have:
- Interest in AI-supported testing and a drive to explore new QA tooling and approaches.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions and test automation workflows in GitHub-based environments.
