Junior .NET Developer

Are you a passionate .NET Developer looking to grow your career in an international company with offices across Europe and the US? Omada, a fast-growing cybersecurity software company headquartered in Europe, is looking for a Junior Developer to join our R&D team in the Warsaw office.  

This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be on-site at our Warsaw office twice a week. 

In this role, you will be part of application integration feature team developing new connectivity features and system integration for our IT security product. While based in our Alicante team, you will collaborate closely with developers in Copenhagen and Warsaw as part of our fully integrated scrum teams. This position offers a collaborative, international environment where you will work closely with experienced colleagues, gaining valuable insights and opportunities to develop your skills while contributing to the growth of our product.

What you'll do   

• You will be responsible for developing and maintaining features of our product.   

• You will work closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers and other colleagues on further development of the product.     

• From the early stages of the feature life cycle doing initial design and estimates, designing new features for product components and present them for architects and the scrum team.     

• You will perform peer code reviews and do peer programming sessions.     

• You will actively participate in all SCRUM ceremonies, e.g., the sprint planning session where plans are made with the entire team and the PO, and the end of sprint demonstrations, where the latest innovations are shared with the larger team.     

• You will be a key player in developing the features, and responsible for the quality, working closely together with QA securing a high quality when we release new features.     

Your profile  

• At least 2 years of experience with C#, .NET development and SQL   

• You are experienced in product development and maintenance as well as the agile development life cycle 

• You are passionate about software development, and have a strong desire to learn new areas as well as strong analytical skills. 

• Higher IT education such as graduate or master or similar education   

On the technology stack, we expect that you have experience with the following: 

• C# and .NET   

• Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL Server   

• Test automation (unit, integration, performance, UI testing)    

Other skills that we would highly value: 

• Experience with system integrations, web- and authentication protocols 

• Cloud development (Microsoft Azure)    

• Experience with development of CI/CD pipelines  (Azure Devops)  

• Experience using AI tools, such as GitHub Copilot to assist development 

• JavaScript and front-end development (REACT)
