What profile are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer ready to take on a Team Lead role within our consulting team in Warsaw. You will work closely with client, manage project implementations, and serve as the primary technical reference for your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, technical design, and development of Calypso-based solutions within consulting projects.

• Manage full implementation cycles: installation, configuration, integration, and testing.

• Coordinate with clients to gather technical and functional requirements and translate them into feasible solutions.

• Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Prepare technical documentation, estimate, and work plans.

• Mentor junior teams as a technical reference and contribute to continuous improvement in delivery and learning.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience working on Calypso implementations or advanced support in consulting or banking, with a focus on Back Office.

• Strong knowledge of: Java, Calypso technical components and APIs (Task Station, Engine Server, Data Server), Integrations (MQ, JMS, REST/SOAP, XML), SQL and relational databases, Distributed architectures and Linux/Unix environments, Jenkins.

• Experience in automation, DevOps, or CI/CD.

• Experience working with agile methodologies.

• Advanced English.
