We are looking for a Junior UX Designer to join our team.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of UX design principles and user-centered design.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Familiarity with user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Strong visual and interaction design sense.
• Good communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Support in Design System
• Providing improvements into Designs
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with team members
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Creating UI mockups and prototypes
• Conducting layout adjustments based on UX analysis
• Adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
• Creating basic animations and visuals for website use
