IT Support specialist

Required:

• fluent Polish, English
• outstanding communication skills and problem solving mind-set
• high diligence, effectivness and attention to details
• troubleshooting software issues (Windows, Office, SharePoint)
• troubleshooting hardware issues (computers and peripherals)

Nice to have:

• basic IT administration skills (AAD)
• basic asset management skills
• ITIL Foundation certification
• experience on the first line of technical IT support (required for mid position)
• Knowledge of Norwegian will be an additional advantage

Duties:

• providing IT Support for issues raised by users
• communicating with Norwegian speaking users via phone and e-mail
• monitoring of services and recurring problems
• preparing and maitaining documentation, procedures and routines
• preparing statistics and reporting to supervisors
• managing IT assets (procurement, configuration, deployment)

2. IT skills test (case study to be completed by candidate at home)
3. Inductive logical thinking test (online assessment to be completed by candidate at home)
4. First interview: with Support team manager (interview will be carried out in 3 languages: Polish, English and Norwegian)
5. Second interview: with IT Management group (interview will be carried out in 2 languages: English and Norwegian)
