About this opportunity

The role is based in Lodz/Gdansk/Gdynia or Warsaw
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating closely with a dedicated Scrum Master, Robotics Product Owner (RPO) and business stakeholders to understand requirements, plan and execute development work
- Designing processes and configuring objects within Blue Prism
- Testing solutions in cooperation with process experts and RPA controllers to secure a stable launch to production
- Creating documentation for automated processes
- Maintaining existing robots and implementing changes to them if required

Your experience and background:
- Proven experience in process automation area (knowledge of Blue Prism is an advantage but not a must)
- English on professional level with highly developed communication and presentation skills
- Translating business requirements into robotics solutions
- Process analysis skills and ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations
- Good eye for details, along with ability to see the big picture
- Experience in facilitating online meetings to present development results (advantage)
- Experience in working according to Agile methodology (advantage)
