About This Offer
As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and automating modern cloud environments based on Microsoft Azure. You will work with enterprise-grade cloud technologies, supporting development and operations teams in delivering scalable, secure, and highly available systems.
You will collaborate closely with software developers using tools and services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, ARM/Bicep, and cloud monitoring solutions.
After a 2–4 week onboarding period in the office, the position offers up to 100% remote work in close cooperation with development, operations, and security teams.

We are looking for a technically skilled DevOps Engineer (Azure) who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and tackling complex cloud and automation challenges. You should have hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipelines, a strong willingness to learn.
Required skills and experience:
Managing, developing, and maintaining the Azure platform using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Creating and maintaining configuration management and environment automation tools
Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) supporting build, test, deployment, and monitoring processes
Experience in identity management: Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, Conditional Access
Deploying and managing Docker and Kubernetes environments, including resource management and process automation
Minimum 2 years of experience in a DevOps or IT Infrastructure Administrator role within a containerized environment
Hands-on experience with technologies such as Terraform, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, and Microsoft Azure
Experience in designing and managing infrastructure using Terraform
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices (GitHub Actions)
Experience in writing automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
English proficiency at B2 level or higher (communicative)
Nice-to-have advantages:
Experience with other public cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Chef, Ansible, Argo CD
Relevant cloud certifications (e.g. Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
