Some of the tasks you will take care of:
- Define and drive roadmap for quality assurance covering both automated and manual tests
- Build tools for efficient automated functional tests
- Enhance A/B testing infrastructure
- Maintain and optimize processes for manual testing procedures (both qualitative and quantitative) of software and hardware components
- Manage release process of our production robots
- Optimize costs of testing operations and infrastructure
- Provide technical leadership for a small team of QA specialists, support the day-to-day tasks and introduce changes to make their work easier while keeping a high level of QA results
- Educate software developers regarding testing best practices
What skills we’d like you to have:
- 5+ years of experience as Software Engineer in Test (or other similar role)
- Experience in developing tools for test automation
- Technical leadership in the quality assurance area
- Great programming skills (preferably in Python)
- Experience with quantitative testing (e.g. A/B test), basic knowledge of statistics
- Very good organizational skills
- Working in any kind of robot-related or hardware oriented industry is a strong plus
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written & great overall communication skills
