You will be part of L1 organization. Our team is working on the algorithms and performance assessment. We are open for new things, empowered by the best tools and fearless in front of any upcoming challenges. The goal for us is to deliver outstanding 4G, 5G and 6G solutions to our customers. To make it happen, you will work closely with the top experts in the specification and implementation units.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Are you passionate about problem-solving?

Joining our team, you will:

  • Acquire new knowledge in signal processing and new radio access technologies
  • Learn the end-to-end (from idea to product) algorithm development process

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

  • In-depth knowledge of LTE/5G physical layer (proficiency in understanding the 3GPP 36/38 series for the physical layer, including 211, 212, 213)
  • A strong background in communication theory and signal processing
  • Over 5 years of experience in algorithm design and simulation
  • Extensive experience in programming with Matlab and modelling wireless communication systems
  • Proactive and independent problem-solving through personal experience and networking
  • Fluent verbal communication and writing skills in the English language
  • Master's degree or higher (PhD preferred), with a major in telecommunication, electronic engineering, computer science, or a related field

It would be beneficial if you also have:

  • Knowledge of Radio Resource Management design and implementation principles
  • Understanding of 3GPP standardization processes and forums
  • Expertise in DSP/FPGA development
