We are a Scandinavian Software House based in Cracow. Currently, we are looking for both experienced React Native developers and a competency Team Leader to strengthen mobile development capability in NoA Ignite Poland.
For Team Leaders: You will have an opportunity to become a key person in our Front-end & Mobile department playing a role of competency lead and mentor for less experienced colleagues. Further on, you will have an opportunity to promote to Tech Lead or Tech Advisor position. It is a perfect role for an outgoing person with a broad perspective on technology enjoying both regular project work and activities outside of projects (mentoring, competency building, technology evangelizing).
For React Native Developers : You will work on international projects collaborating with colleagues from Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo. You will have time, space and all needed resources to grow and develop in the direction of your choice. We are very flexible and always ready to help our people become their best self ;)

What will be your responsibilities?
- Developing cross-platform mobile applications for international customers based on React Native.
- Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using React concepts and following Accessibility Standards.
- Cooperating on a daily basis with Backend Developers, Designers, PM, Client.
- Optimizing components for max. performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Mentoring less experienced developers, contributing to strengthening React Native competency in Kraków.
Who are you?
An ideal candidate would have:
- 5+ years* of professional experience as a JavaScript/Mobile/Fullstack Developer.
- * If you have less then 5 years of experience, no worries, we are open also for Regular Developers :-)
- In-depth knowledge of React Native.
- Practical knowledge of iOS and Android platforms.
- Practical experience in setting up Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment in React Native projects.
- Practical experience in publishing applications to App Store and Google Play.
- Wide knowledge of software engineering principles.
- Practical experience with GIT.
- Practical experience of state and side effects management patterns and solutions (e.g. Redux, Redux Toolkit, Redux-Saga, Redux-Observable).
- Practical experience with Task Runners, Build Tools, Process Automation Tools.
- Strong focus on creating performant, reusable and flexible code.
- Experience in developing web applications with ReactJs would be an asset.
- Experience in developing mobile applications with Flutter would be an asset.

- Salary range: 12 000 - 18 000 PLN/GROSS (UoP) or 80 – 138 PLN/h (B2B).
