    Responsibilities

    • Designing systems’ architecture
    • Developing core features of web applications we build
    • Decide with the team how to approach new features 
    • Working in a highly collaborative environment
    • Peer code reviews
    • Working at your own pace to deliver well tested and high-quality software
    • Sharing knowledge about the challenges and solutions encountered


    Your key skills 

    • Deep understanding of Kotlin and Java
    • Knowledge of Spring Framework
    • NoSQL and Relational databases - preferred MongoDB
    • Knowledge of tools: IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Gradle, Gitlab or similar
    • Testing frameworks - JUnit5, AssertJ
    • Reactive stack - preferred Project Reactor
    • Writing clean and readable code (SOLID, DRY, YAGNI, KISS)
    • Play as a mentor
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ownership, openness, and commitment 
    • Very good written and spoken English
    • Fluent Polish
