SRE Engineer/ Cloud Ops Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the services reliable, available, fast and cost-efficient

• Respond to, investigate and fix service issues

• Build tools and production frameworks to make our engineering team’s lives easier

• Design, build and maintain the infrastructure we need to support orders of magnitude more customers

Our requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience

• Strong commitment to correctness and efficiency; meticulous in troubleshooting and resolving production problems

• Proficient in managing infrastructure with code, leveraging automation to concentrate on complex and impactful challenges

• Production experience with distributed compute/storage tools, e.g. Kubernetes, Cassandra, Postgres, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis

• Extensive experience with Terraform

• Experience with DataDog or similar tools
